Looking for a mooring

Hello, Hope you can help me.We have a beautiful Spitz Barge we are converting,she is 127' x 16' and are desperate to find a mooring at Shoreham by Sea. My family are based in Brighton and we know the area well,we have lived on a boat near London but have fallen in love with Shoreham and in particular the moorings near the footbridge and lower Beach.We visited a week ago and saw a few moorings that seemed available, I have been informed the moorings are freehold. Could you if possible confirm this and offer any contacts that could help find a home for us?

Hi Julie, The moorings along the South side of the Adur are in high demand, and have been for as long as I can remember. I can only suggest keeping an eye on estate agents in Shoreham, and the occasional wander along the towpath to see if there's and moorings for sale.

There are no available moorings without boats currently on them. I'll post some updates when I see any moorings/boats for sale.
